Finished my back off with all that bending and straightening. Left Martin to deal with the third wash.
Wiped all the worktops down AGAIN to get rid of the airborne grout dust.
The steak I defrosted is still in the fridge. I had some toast and am now heading to bed with an outsize whisky. Maybe not the most exciting thing I've ever taken to bed, but probably the most welcome. I need the whisky alternative to massage muscle ease oil into my back but will have to try that alone.
