Today Santa hung a little bell out over the stables, ready to alert all his little elves when it's time to be going.

It's another bitter morning here with a very heavy frost.  After scraping the car at 6:30 the last 2 days it's nice to have a lie in this morning.  But I guess it means I'll be scraping tomorrow morning to get home again then.

Today I shall mail my lens off to Stoke (recorded!), feed the Christmas cake and have a sports massage.  Nice!
